Biography: Attorney Thomsen's practice focuses primarily on representing architects, engineers, and other design professionals in a wide array of construction matters including complex, multiparty construction litigation and commercial disputes, contract claims, contract drafting, and negotiations. Additionally, Mr. Thomsen advises businesses and employers on employment law matters and has successfully defended claims before the ERD and the EEOC. His law degree was conferred cum laude from the Drake University School of Law. He is admitted to the Eastern and Western Districts of Wisconsin and is a member of the Milwaukee Bar Association, Civil Trial Counsel of Wisconsin, and the Defense Research Institute. Selected for inclusion in the 2009 and 2010 Wisconsin Rising Stars.
